received yesstyle order (7)

so because we returned the shirt (which i post about some time ago), we wanted to order again with the yesstyle credit we got back...

that's btw an other thing that's not really fun about returning items to yesstyle...

so my bfriend got to order 3 shirts... (will post pictures of those another time) and i ordered a pair of shoes and a jacket.

1. lace-up ankle boots
brand: youareagirl
size: 245
material: synthetic leather
price: 70usd
color: black









the shoes are okay, i just think the quality isn't really that great... i think i've expected a little bit more... but what i do like about these shoes is, that they kept my feet dry at rainy days... since it has been raining over here a lot lately, i've been wearing them for like a full week now... and the sole is already damaged... and the thing is... the sole just have a thin layer of black rubber... and when that is worn off, you can see like a off-white color... and that doesn't look that nice... it's like almost i've worn these shoes for half an year -_-

2. hooded jacket
brand: cocostar
size: one size
material: cotton
price: 65usd
color: black

this is the jacket i ordered...



and this is what i've received!





they look totally different... the sleeves... the pockets, the elastic band, the back... the one i ordered was named a hooded jacket, but this one isn't even hooded -_-

so i've contacted the customer service... and they told me to send them pictures... so i did... they have asked me to return the product... and i will get the right item send to me after they received the other jacket back... and if they can't get their hands on the correct item, i will be getting the value of the jacket back as yesstyle credit... and they told me they would pay back the shipping cost (as yesstyle credit too). it costed me 20 eur just to ship that jacket back -_- hope they'll keep their word... otherwise i would be really disappointed...

i usually dont order from them because i find that you often receive something that looks totally different from what it looks like on their page =__=
but i like the look of those shoes!

most of the things i've received look the same as the website... just this jacket is totally off... it's a different item... i just send it back on their costs...

yea, yesstyle have some nice shoes... just not everytime as good quality.

I wouldn't think Yesstyle would mess up orders like that or have such poor quality shoes. They seem so official...I've been wanting to order from them for a while, just on their beauty products.

Thanks for this review, the boots are gorgeous but I guess I won't be buying anything else besides beauty products from them in the future.

omggg i am experiencing this now! i bought a bag and they sent me this hideous one :( the one i bought was 30 dollars and they sent me a 115 dollar one hahaha. But to send it back it will cost me 60 dollars o.O but they are only giving store credit to pay for it /: and i dont want that. Did you ever got youts resolved?! x

wow the shipping cost that much?! my shipping to yesstyle was 20eur which is around 27usd... and you're right, they paid the shipping cost back in store credit -_-, and they didn't even did a good calculation and gave me less than i should get... but i didn't do too much about it... and after that i got the right item send to me... which i didn't like too much after all -_- i didn't send it back again though... i'll see what i'll do with it... :)

Yeah something like that happened to me too. I ordered a hoodie and on the pictures it was way thicker better quality. When it came I was so disappointed because it was so thin, almost like just a long sleeve top with a hood :/ It was the same style though. It was like a cheap copy of the original(the one in the pictures). I didn't return it though because it was pretty cheap and I just didn't feel it was worth the shipping cost. I'll just use it for layering. You can never have enough layers in the winter time :)

Hi I came across your blog while searching how to return something to yesstyle. I recently received a pair of boots that I ordered but they're too small and I would like to return them. But yesstyle won't return my calls so I can't get the RMA. I was wondering what I should do. Also with the boots I ordered a dress but they sent me the wrong one!

you should mail their customer service. on their website, go to customer service, and then contact us, there you can email them through a form. it might take a few days, because it's weekend already. good luck...
