broken item!!!

so i ordered an adjustable double finger ring from ebay, it came in broken due to the lack of care for packaging.

i mailed about the problem and asked for refund. i got an reply from their customer service representative... asking me to send pictures of the broken item. so i did. she replied, and said that according to their returns policy, i have to send back the item for exchange or full refund. so they want to give me an 6usd discount coupon, which only applies on orders above 17usd.

so because of their fault, i have to 1. or use money to send it back to get a refund... or 2. i have to spend more money, to get my value back. to me it's unreasonable... though the ring didn't cost much, it's all about the principles!

it's not the first time, i've received a broken item from ebay sellers, but they were always kind enough to send me back my money, without me sending back the broken item, even without me sending a picture.

so as a warning: please, save some time and don't buy from them (jsbay88), there are many other sellers that sell the same items :)

garter vs suspender tights

why wear suspender tights when you can wear the real thing?

i love wearing garters, especially during the colder seasons... i like to layer thigh high socks over my tights, and my garters help me keeping everything in place...

i have suspender tights too, but i prefer my garters more, just because i can mix and match my tights and socks. i got more of those, as i only have 2 different suspender tights...

what are your opinions of the garter look? and if you like to wear em too, which do you prefer?

i received my leather jacket this morning :o so fast... i've expected it after christmas... lucky~

the jacket is slightly loose on me... but i decided to keep it. cause with it being a bit loose, i can wear a chunky knit under it, to keep me warm during this winter. And also, during the less colder seasons, i can just wear it open...

other than how it fits, this jacket is just like i've expected it too be... :) and i am also happy with it's weight, it's not too heavy ^^

to be honest, i haven't heard of ron blaauw before... but wow... his food is amazing. he filled my tummy with heavenly food. let the pictures help me tell my food story.

this was the appetizer, made of cucumber and lemon grass... very thai-ish... and a perfect fresh start.

first dish, is this perfectly smoked salmon with a poached egg... it was presented with a glass cover filled with smoke... it smelled really nice and the presentation was... just... wow...

second dish, was a plate filled with seafood... really liked the shrimps... they tasted semi raw... loved it... everything was editable... even the scary looking black cocoon looking thing... the shrimps heads and the beautiful pearly looking shell.

third dish... at the left, the back looking block is beef (if i'm not mistaken)... can't recall what everything else is... but it tasted so well all together.

fourth dish... at the left, is beef with sauce made of liver. At the top is a pastry filled with soft meat. the white rounds are kohlrabi and pear (if i'm not mistaken). and at the right side... there is foam made out of horseradish and a caramelized hazelnut...

i forgot to take a picture of my first desert... it was a very thin cookie cone, filled with hazelnut cream. On top there was a scoop of orange sorbet coated with white chocolate and sprinkled with scrunched hazelnut on top... this desert has a little surprise at the end of the cone... it has small chocolate sprinkles, the sprinkles gave a sparkling (maybe not the right word, but i can't think of another word for it now) sensation. the sensation really brought me back to the time, when i was little... the sparkly/cracking chewing gum that i loved, when i was a kid...

second dessert... a carrot dessert... carrot icecream, foam made out of ginger sorbet and chocolate sauce. the carrot is actually made out of chocolate... i'm not sure what's inside the carrot though... (the little brown drops reminded me of hamster yogurt drops/candy... if you have owned hamsters, you'll probably know what i am talking about XD).

third dessert, is a coffee dessert, with baileys ^^ i'm not really a alcohol lover, but this was heavenly great...

after the desserts, we had some after snacks... the tea tasted a bit floraly... it was so nice... and the snacks in the box... the piece of sausage, was actually dried fruit (tasted like dried cranberries and dried raisins... or something alike)... the cheese, which i expected to be a piece of salty cheese, was actually a piece of cheesecake filling... and lastly the croquette ball (which we call bitterbal)... was caramel with nuts coating...

and after all the eating, we received ron blaauw's cooking books as a christmas present from our bosses... ^^ how nice...

i've been looking for a leather jacket for over a year now... but i've seen so many and tried so many, none i really liked or fit me well...

so as my search continued, i stumbled upon this leather jacket by replay... (it looks better in real life,) and i really like how feminine but though at the same time it looks... but before i knew the jacket went on sale... and when i finally have found it in the stores, my size was sold out :(

i didn't gave up... and continued my search... and i found another one, that (i think) i really like... i found it online at zalando.nl, this store is like heaven...

but... this is it... it's half off... and it's in "my size"... but i'm not sure how it will fit, so let's hope it just does.

i really like the side zipper... the starry cutout details on the collar... and the tight looking fit... i'm just not so sure about the length of the jacket... hope it isn't bellybutton short... XD

i have a new tool to create a slight volume, which is pretty long lasting... ^^ it's my new mini crimper. i use it to crimp the part of my hair near my scalp... and have the upper layers covering the crimped hair. the structure that the crimper creates, also makes it possible for me to tease my hair, if needed... i just simply love it.

the crimper has ceramic plates for even heat distribution.
it heats up to 200 celcius.
it needs around 1 min to heat up.
it's small, 15cm only.
it has a on/off switch with a light indicator.

other than the fact, that it works on my stubborn thick and heavy hair, i like the crimper because it's small and light weight... and the green tiger print is pretty cute as well.

of course nothing is totally perfect. the cord doesn't have a swivel cord... and there is nothing to keep the crimper closed.

other than that i got nothing to complain, it's cheap and it works ^^

for if you're wondering... the crimper is by the brand remington, and the crimper is called my mini handbag crimper S2950ZB...

my hk trip was all about shopping and eating... and i also went to the hq of yesstyle like i mentioned in one of my previous post ^^ there was a little interview and a short photoshoot... and it was great to meet everyone... now i have faces that go with the names ^^ not sure when or if the pictures will be up somewhere...

i wanted to make a video of my trip, like i did with my paris weekend... but i was too busy trying to blend in with the people there, that i didn't end up with enough footage... so this time i will show some peaks of my trip...

our dinner at the airport (schiphol)... the lady gave us a bigger portion, because i was sharing this dinner with my brother's gf...

the route... tired, slept the whole flight ^^

started landing, it was beautiful...

our frontyard... we stayed at the house where my grandma lived... it's funny that the house was so big in my memories, but actually felt much smaller when i saw it in real...

they were as good as i could remember ^^

had a snack and a drink... i actually can't remember where this was... but the mxed berry smoothies were too great... these are my brother and his gf btw...

craving for salads... i had a hard time decent salads...

amazing drinks, my brother ordered the apple/grape juice... and i ordered the pineapple/grapefruit soda... delicious... love grapefruit <3

one day the water turned purple... i walked by everyday... at this street you can find "bb leung fan" they have delicious chinese snacks and sweet deserts...

and then... it was the end of my holiday... waiting for the bus to the airport...

i tried to sleep as less as i could, so it would be easier to sleep in the plane... but i fell in sleep in the bus... it was quite a long bus trip...

the airport... (i dislike my cam for taking blurry pictures -_-)

arrived at the (amsterdam) airport at 5 in the morning, on my birthday XD just a nice train ticket to keep ^^

sooo... that's it...

btw. i tried to collect a goodiebag in hong kong... but i couldn't find enough good stuff... but i will continue here... and when i think i have enough, i will announce the giveaway... i will also give away the extra set of the tinkerbel pj's... more info will be found here, on my blog... when the time is ripe ^^

hi readers, followers and subscribers... (friends and family...) i want to apologize... my head and my heart are at war, since the past "i don't know how many" weeks... i just can't get them on one line, at least not in a short period of time... that's the reason why i have been posting posts and videos like on and off... (that's the reason why i'm so moody and energy-loos...) and also... all those password protected post... i am sorry if i made some of you curious... i just needed a place to scream it out.

sooo... i wanted to let you all know, that i think, that i need some time to get things straight... to get myself to cooperate with myself... so i might not make any or make less videos for a while... also... i probably won't be able to make any in november... because i will be visiting hong kong again for 2,5 weeks (4 november - 22 november 2011)...

but i have some exciting news: i will visit the yesstyle hq in hong kong!! yeay... i am so excited to meet the yesstyle crew... i will try to share my hong kong trip with you all... after.

hopefully i can pick up everything after my vacation... and do even better than before...

that's what i found in my room today...

it's my bag!! (the one i ordered from yesstyle but got canceled.) i just ordered it the past friday night... or so... so the shipping was pretty fast...

and the packaging is so "happy making"... the bag is very well packaged with bubblewrap too... (love bubblewrap!!)

this is the bag ^^

i love the odd shape... it's diamond shaped and it only has one shoulder handle.

i like that it has 2 zipper compartments... and also a smaller one on the front, which closes with a magnetic button.

the extra strap looks nice... but i don't like how heavy the clasps are... and also... it's not a adjustable strap.

that's it... i just simply love this bag ^^

i'm in a bag shopping mood lately… bought 2 bags on ebay the past week… 1 is the leather bag i first ordered at yesstyle, but got canceled… the second one is a small punky yet cute cylinder type of bag… pictures will follow when i receive them…

even though i bought 2 bags already… my search for bags continues… my watch list is getting longer and longer…

a few tips…

take time to look for an item, you might find the same object for a better price...
always read the description and take a clear look on the pictures (the pictures are not always pictures of the real object). avoid objects with bad pictures.
how much is the shipping or is it free shipping?
check out the seller!! recent feedback, feedback score, how many items the seller has sold…

be a good buyer, pay asap after buying. gives you a good score and positive feedback.

be nice, leave feedback after receiving your product. contact the seller first, when you have problems (not receiving items, broken items etc.)!

that's it… shop safe and happy…

remember my review about the word necklace i got from mijnnaamketting.nl (which is the dutch version of mynamenecklace.com)...

they sell word/name jewelry, in sterling silver and gold. they got different fonts and also different products. bracelets, rings... and ofcourse necklaces...

last time my necklace came in a small organza bag, this time, it came in a small cardboard box... the lid secures/closes with a magnet. i don't really use organza bags, but this box i would like to use to store the necklace.

in my last review i mentioned how i find the plate pretty thin and that i didn't really like the chains. but... that i did like the look of the plate.

can you see the difference of the plate? the left one is my new necklace, the right one is my older one. this version has the double thick plate!

i ordered this necklace with a figaro chain, which i think look so much better than the box chain. the figaro chain is wider than the box chain, which looks so much better with the rings that connects to the plate.

also... my original necklace was scratched on the back of the plate, this time it's not :) it looks just like how the front of the plate looks like.

difference in price? i payed 29,95 eur for the old one… the new one, is sponsored, but is sold for 39.95 eur. in my opinion, the double thick plate version is totally worth the 10 eur more... i would definitely buy this necklace again, if i can come up with a new word or name...

it's this really pretty halter top (by diesel), with a zipper on the front... the 3 is made from lace and is slightly see through... really pretty... but since it's a very revealing top, i find it hard to find moments to wear it...

i've been ordering my piercings from alloverpiercings.nl for a very long time now, i have also recommended people to get their piercings from them.

alloverpiercings (aop) is a great online store for basic piercings... they are nicely priced and have fast shipping. they only ship to the netherlands, belgium and germany though.

what i also like about aop is their fast service. i have to admit they do make mistakes, and i have received the wrong items for several times already. but i can easily mail them, and they reply really fast. and they are always prepared to send you the correct items.

so last time when i ordered, i received wrong items again (that's why i decided to write this post)... i received 2 different length plugs, but both 3.5mm in width. so i mailed them yesterday... i got a reply today, and they just reposted me the correct items... i will also receive an envelope to send back the wrong items... the times before, i could keep the wrong items, but it doesn't matter much, since i can't and don't use the wrong items anyways.

overall, i really like them and i will continue getting my stuff from them...

check out their facebook page too, they have giveaways every week, though i have never joined.

i also get frequently asked about the belly piercings i wear in my ear, i get those from random stores... from piercing shops and also from ebay... i love to shop at ebay ^^

where is the sun?

i just received my new sunglasses, but where is the sun :( summer has just started, but it feels like autumn already... hope the weather will get better soon!

it kinda looks like my other pair of sunglasses... though they look really different when you see them next to each other...

i think the left one looks better with classier and romantic outfits, while the right one look better with tougher and edgier outfits...

the temples are nice and thin, just how i like it. they are more decorated than i like, it has engraved stars with swarovski crystals in it... but since it will be covered by my hair, it doesn't really matter much...

they feel light and comfortable (so far)... ^^ at least more breathable than the other pair... and this pair has silicone pads, so i can adjust how it sits on my nose...

it came in a golden soft case... looking pretty and all, but i do prefer hard cases more, more durable...

i found these sunglasses in the asos outlet section... got it for 100 uk pounds... which is around 128 eur... much cheaper than my other pair... happy with my buy ^^ (it's not sponsored!)

so in my last post, i mentioned about sarenza.nl... i ordered a pair of fully black converse... ^^ just because i needed new black converses plus... they were on sale ^^ i got them for 34eur.

sarenza.nl is a french shoestore, but they do have international online stores... but only europe: sarenza.fr, sarenza.fr/belgique, sarenza.fr/luxembourg, sarenza.co.uk, sarenza.de, sarenza.it and sarenza.es...

they have a huge variety of shoes, types and brands... ^^ so many to choose from... the prices are average, but when things go on sale, it's pretty attractive. i also like the free shipping. not sure if it counts for the other countries... the shipping is pretty okay... it took 1 week, including weekend... they actually offered the package yesterday, but no one was at home to accept it... so it came again today. now that i mention it... i could choose from 2 ways of shipping, 1 is to get it shipped to my place and 2 to get it shipped to the closest post office service point, so you can pick it up. now that i look at the box, it is shipped from utrecht, which is only 30 minutes away from amsterdam (with the train)... :p

also another important thing is the possibilities to pay... you can pay with paypal and with credit card. i was actually looking for ideal (dutch online payment system), but they didn't had it... but it wasn't a big deal... i like to pay with paypal anyways...

so the shoe box came in a bigger box... nothing special... pretty well packaged, just the way i expected it to be.

the shoes look great, and i like them, though they don't feel as comfy as my back all stars... but maybe because they are still new... ^^ can't wait to wear em out...

and just as a surprise, i received my other package... i ordered a stack of beauty diary mask from ebay...

i just shopped again today... i shopped at sarenza.nl, it's my first time... it's an international shoe store... they really have a wide range of styles and brands... i just went for converse ^^ i think i am obsessed with converses... they are sooo comfy... and i can wear them with anything...

so this is the pair i have ordered... the one star low profile canvas ox... i think they look like my other one star pair, but this one is fully black... i am very excited... ^^ i'll probably like them a lot!! i'll post a short review about the store once i get it...

i think i will be on converse "tour" when i get in hong kong... (i am going in november this year... yayyy ^^)

but first... paris, france!! this weekend ^^ it's me and my bf's 1 year anniversary ^^ main focus is of course having fun, enjoying and relaxing... but who knows what i will get in france? :p

my mood

i know i haven't been blogging frequently again... i've been slacking off for a while... the main reason is because i was having a hard time, it was so stressful... so i wasn't in the mood or actually... i didn't had any energy left to do anything else...

but everything changed back to normal for now... and i'm back on track again, have done a few more video's the past week or so... ^^ so i thought, now would be a great moment to pick up blogging again... i'll try my very best to blog more...

(no matter how bad my mood was, he still managed to put a smile on my face...)

my opinion

since the season has changed... i'm starting to like beige and tan... i never liked these colors before... so i have been buying a lot of things in these colors now ^^ i still love black and it's still my fave color to wear... but my opinion of beige and tan has changed...

my hair

around 5 years ago i had really long hair, all down to my waist... at that moment i thought i never wanted to go short... but now... i'm getting it shorter and shorter... i have changed my hair a few weeks ago... i have it asymmetric now... ^^ my hair was getting long, and i was wearing it braided on one side, so i thought i might as well just cut it ^^

i just told my hairdresser to make it one side short and keep the other side as long as possible... i also told him, that i like it messy... i just let him cut it the way it would fit my face... so this is what he did...

my tattoos

a year back i didn't had any tattoos... that changed, and now i have two... the one from last year on my wrist and a new one on my back.

so for everyone who have been asking... so, yes... it's a real one... i now got two kois (carps) on my back... i love carps, we have carps at home... i've always find carps beautiful fishes... not only beautiful, but also extremely strong...

i've got it done in one session, by the same tattoo artist as my very first tattoo... it took about 4 hours... and yes, it did hurt... no pain no gain right... i'm planning on going back after the summer to finish my piece... ^^

my ears

i used to wear normal earrings 6 years ago... then i changed wearing bellybutton rings in my ear... and now... i am stretching my ear bit by bit ^^ let's see how far i will go... i'm now at 2,5mm...

i was so excited about this order, because i wanted to try their bags again... but how disappointing this order was, when i unpacked the "goods".

i ordered this bag:

this is what i got, it's sooo shiny... -_- i don't like how it looks like plastic. and there are threads sticking out here and there... the bag feels kind of heavy too...

the only thing i like about this bag is the buckle...

second thing i ordered is this shirt dress...

the fabric looks bad... i wish it was more drapy... the fabric is too light and flowy... the sleeves are too wide... and the stitching is horrible... -_-

i'm not sure if i can diy this into something nice -_- maybe i'll try it out sometime...

last thing i got... is this pair of shoes...

i think i like this the most out of everything, though i wish the material didn't look that fake, cheap and plastic... -_-

they look pretty close to the website pictures though...

(just a personal random post ^^)

sunday is my relaxing and "do nothing" day, i normally do nothing at all except for eating and browsing around from the evening till i have to sleep... but the last past sundays were almost unbearable boring that it is starting to annoy me... it must be because i've been so busy all the time and/or mostly with people around me, that when i'm finally all alone, i get incredible bored... plus... this sunday evening was somewhat stressfull too... *sigh*

so... what i did was...

yes, cycling... i just finished my 14th week... still keeping up and even improving... i've even been cycling 6 days a week (30 min) the last few weeks instead of 5 days a week (how i started). ^^

and i had a cold glass of fresh cucumber juice. which tastes even better after a "workout". i felt so much better after... guess staying busy is the best thing for me to do... (what do you do when you get unbearable bored?)

to make my day look more healthier XD i had a salad earlier today... i've had lamb's lettuce, cucumber, avocado with a small amount of feta cheese and a little bit of vegetable oil... ^^ it tasted sooo good, must be the nice and warm weather. what's your favorite salad?

other than this sunday, i had a very nice weekend... ^^ hope you had a better sunday and a even greater weekend...

i'm going to have a busy new week again... (besides work... i'm going to the theaters to see the fast and the furious 5 tomorrow. our 10 month anniversay this tuesday <3... and i'm getting new ink on saturday... excited!!)

i get a lot of questions about items being canceled from Yesstyle orders. and what a coincidence... the bag i ordered 3 weeks ago, got canceled! now i'm frequently checking if the bag gets back in stock again, cause i would really get my hands on them. this is the second time an item got canceled, and i have ordered many times already.

if you don't want to get items that has a possibility of being canceled, buy the items that are ready to ship, those are the items they have at there own warehouse. all the others, they have to order from their supplier.

if your item got canceled, you can just leave it be. If your order originally qualified for free shipping, you will still receive free shipping despite items being canceled from your order.

or if you want to replace the canceled item, you can contact the customer service, with your order number. just e-mail them with your replacement request. be sure to send your request before your package get send out.

items that got canceled can get back "in stock" later. if you check back at your product, if it says "temporary out of stock", it's possible that you can order it again later. but if it says "out of stock", it's probably not coming back again.

the first time, my item got canceled, i got my refund as yesstyle credits. i didn't mind it that much, because i knew i was going to use it anyways. but i've talked with people who didn't want to order again, so i told them to ask their money back through the customer service. i think the many complaints has helped, cause now i will be getting the refund through paypall, how i paid for the order, it will just take some time.

meet my new friend...

we met a few weeks ago, and we could go along pretty well... ^^ she's very nice, pretty and has a great body, perfect to be a model. so... i asked her to be my model, she agreed...

so... the day has come, today is the day she moved in with me... meet my new friend...

her first assignment is to show my new bikini ^^ haha, it looks better on her, than on me XD

though i like my old bikini more, i didn't return this one. my old one somehow fits my body better, but it's much more revealing (and i'm talking about the bottom piece)... and i thought i needed a more appropriate set for the swimmingpool (as i am thinking about starting swimming again)... my old one is (in my opinion) more suited for the beach.

so the old one, is by o'neill, my fave brand for swimwear. i've always been buying o'neill, but when this grey set went on sale, i thought i wanted to try a different brand. my new set is by protest. i'm loving the pattern on the fabric, and this is actually my first black set of swimwear XD i'm liking my new swimwear, but i'm sure my next one, will be by o'neill again... (any fave brands you like for swimwear?)

when i was looking for inspiration, i looked back on what i've made so far... i have 38 diy vids in total... out of all... i love my oversized bow top the most... though i was having a rough period, while i was making it, i gave it my all... i've hand stitched the whole top and made it as neat as i could... one of the things i've made from scratch... *proud at myself* XD can't wait to wear it again ^^

so looking at that top, gave me inspiration to do more tops... since it's spring already, and summer will be coming up soon (time flies)... i decided to do some spring/summer tees... and as i remember, some of you have requested more tee diys... so last friday, i grabbed some h&m tees from the male section... hopefully i can use these for my designs...

here are some sketches i've made... (i know they look awfully bad XD i'm bad at drawing fashion pieces...) i normally don't make any sketches, i usually just make them from what i have in mind... but since i'm very busy... and am not sure when i'm going to create them... i was afraid to forget about them... sooo... i sketched my designs... though they kinda look different from how i have them in mind, they kind of help me remember how i want to sew everything in place...

i'm not sure yet if i am going to make them all... but... you can expect some spring/summer diys soon ^^

so i had a sushi date today... and we still had half an hour till we can take places in the restaurant... so we went shopping at de bijenkorf, which is a big department store... and they were having a sale there... we didn't really intended to shop there, but it just happen to be still open... ofcourse we went to the shoes section (because it's my favorite section of de bijenkorf).

i wanted to look for the tommy hilfiger flats, because i knew they were on sale, and i thought it would be a great casual pair for everyday wear... but there was only 1 pair left, in size 42, never that i could fit in those... -_-

then i saw a pair of black patent peep toe... it was like a very cheap (discounted to 39eur) version of the cl heels. It was pretty comfortable for shoes that high, and it looked so sexy too... but the sizes didn't fit that well, it was or too big or to small. -_-

so i ended up seeing these mk boots... there were only 4 pairs left, excluding the two model/try on pairs. out of all, only one was in my size, yay... when i tried them on, they were like... <3 i just had to get them... i couldn't just walk away because they were on sale and happened to be in my size... feeling lucky...

and all this in less than 30 minutes!! XD

i like how they look, the heel is perfect and they are pretty comfy so far. the buckle makes the top look scrunched together, which makes it look cute. it looks very good with skinny jeans and leggings... ^^ and my favorite... the zippers... i like how prominent the zippers are... they stand out and makes the shoe a bit spicy... all together the shoes look very well balanced...

and... i also got a new pair of flats, my date got them for me... they are from the h&m, where she works... i like em, great for everyday casual wear... (thanks stef!)

i've been so busy this week, stayed longer at the office most of the days. i even worked 5 days instead of 4 XD so this whole week i didn't feel like doing anything at all... i just ate, excersized, watched naruto and full metal alchemist brotherhood... so i feel like i've been lazy all week. but i'm finally having my weekend, a good moment to blog.

yeay... i went shopping today... and had a nice sushi dinner after... i'm trying not to use to much money this year though... because i'm planning on going to hong kong this november (for 2 weeks)... i want to save more money to shop there ^^ can't wait...

but anyways... i wanted to share what i got today... it's not much...

first h&m... i got some basics (which aren't really worthy to show...) and a cheap loose boyfriend blazer... it was only 19,95... i can understand why it's cheaper than the other blazers though... it's thin and it has no lining... but it looks nice and very casual, so i decided to get it anyways...

then i got a bag from new yorker... i hardly get anything there, but the bag caught my eyes... i noticed more nice bags, but they were all tan, and i'm not fan of tan colored things... they got some pretty nice shoes too, but i didn't get any...

the bag has 5 snapbuttons inside, so i can wear it in different ways...

and the bag also has some big clasps that really works...

i can change the straps... and i can replace them with other straps too if i had any :p i was thinking about some chains... something like this... it would create a very edgy look ^^

the bag is divided into 2 parts by the zipped pocket in the middle... also on 1 side there is a smaller zipped pocket... on the other side are more smaller pockets...

i enjoyed my day very much, though i'm suffering from a very bad skin day -_- this isn't the first time i get something like this... i get an allergic reaction like this once in a while... but mostly i can figure out the cause... but this time i really have no idea... i just exercised... and went showering... after the shower, i had a burning sensation on my face, though i didn't do anything different from the other days... sigh... it doesn't only look awful, it also feels awful... it feels like my cheeks are on fire... and when i'm putting on my moisturizer... it stings :( i hate my skin -_-

talking about exercising... i started to exercise some more... it's easy to loose shape when i have to sit for many many... many hours a day... so 31 january (this year) i started to do more excersise again... (i got a little bit motivated by jinah chae, she's great!!)... i've been very sloppy the past year... i thought i didn't had the time... but actually i didn't make time to do it... i just finished my 4th week today... i'm using my excersise bike 5 times a week for 30 minutes (so 2,5 hours a week, which is enough for me)... and i'm starting to feel a bit more healthy again... yeay ^^ don't make up any excuses for not doing something...

i made this furry hood... if you've watched my diy scoody vid, you might know how... instead of the scarf part, i attached a braided string with a furry ball XD on each side...

i used furry material, that i've cut out from a furry tube scarf... and used the same fleece fabric for the lining... it's cute, nice and warm...

i've received my spirit hood (last week, didn't had much time to blog)!! ^^ yeay... finally... i've waited for 2 weeks... i wanted to order it from the official website spirithoods.com, but i ordered it from ebay instead... not because it was cheaper, i paid full price... the shipping and tax was quite high too... but it was because i don't own a credit card... paypal is like my best friend when it comes to international shopping ^^

i do recommend to buy it from their official website, just to be sure you get the real thing... and for every blue product you buy, you are donating for a good cause...

anyways... that day... when i reached home, and saw the package in my room, i immediately knew what it was... i opened the box, removed the wrapping plastic... i was like :O it's sooo pretty, soft... amazing!! it fits perfect on me, the shape of the hood is so good... the ears are nicely made... and the fabrics feels sturdy too ^^ it has small pockets at the ends... and a button to close the hood... it even has a small hidden pocket on the inside... which is really neat for small important stuff...

what else can i say? look for yourself... if you love it, it's definitely worth the money...

can you believe it, my heel suddenly fell off!! it happened right after i've reached my desk at work... -_- i have these shoes for only 4 months :X and i didn't even wore them everyday...

i checked out my shoe after i reached home, and i don't think i can repair it with superglue... the whole sole is getting loose... the funny thing was... i was kicking a plastic thingy on the streets last saterday, and the shoe (my right one) is still intact!! hmmm... i'm also not sure if i'm able to get it fixed... and... would it be worth the money?

guess i'm not very lucky with shoes... another pair... the platforms of my beige/offwhite heels from yesstyle got ripped... but that one was actually my own fault... i fell from the stairs... and the heels actually saved my butt...

ieee... i found a package when i came home after a really tired and long day of work... it's a yesstyle package... i ordered last saterday and i've already got my package... it's the fastest order i ever had... we ordered only "ready to ship" items... (we = shared order... so a part 2 - men will be coming up soon)

i only ordered 3 things... i didn't feel like ordering shoes, though i did saw some nice pairs...

i like this jacket so much... just the style and how it fits... maybe i've said it before, but i'm really into army/olive green lately ^^ love the "belted" detailing on the sleeves and around the lower waist... i love how the sleeves are not too short... it looks just the way i wanted and expected it to be...

too bad this jacket isn't lined... you can see the stitches inside the hood... and plus the material is really thin... so i think i might have to wait a while, before i can actually wear it... even my blazer is made out of thicker material! other thing that i don't like about the hood is, it's shape, it's too "square"... (can't really tell in the first picture though, it's much worse in real...)

the material is really soft... and i like the ends of the scarf, where i can put my hands in to warm up ^^ i do have to say, the fit of the hood isn't made that well... i don't think it would stay on very long, with the wind we have here...

this scoodie actually made me order the spirit hood i wanted -_- i ordered a blue/gray wolf spirit hood from ebay... i'm just hoping that i will like the spirit hood as much as i like the scoodie i got from yesstyle... and hope it's actually worth the price... the chi iron and the bag have to wait till my next pay... -_-

i just received my new custom made necklace...i'm surprised how fast i got it... i ordered the necklace at 5/6 januari from www.mijnnaamketting.nl, which is just the dutch version of www.mynamenecklace.com...

before i ordered the necklace i had a question to ask them... i had a request... since i wasn't going for a name... (even if i would go for a name)... i didn't want any capitals... somehow... i'm not a fan of capitals... as you may have noticed, when i'm not writing anything formal, i will not be using any capitals... but anyways... so i mailed them if that was possible...

the next day, i've received a reply... and it is possible... i just have to write my request down in the comment box while placing the order and they even gave me a coupon code with 5% off... it's not much, but it's a friendly gesture...

so finally i decided to order the necklace... i've chosen for the carrie style... 18" long silver necklace... so i typed in my word... and wrote down my request in de comment section... then i added the coupon code...

after that, my comment field went empty... :X i had to retype my request... then i moved on with the checkout and payed with ideal... and everything went smooth... soon after, i've received an email with my order details... but my special request wasn't mentioned in that mail...

So i decided to ask them again, just to be sure... i'd rather be annoying than stupid... so the next morning i got a reply back that everything will be as i wanted... what a good service they have... i'm satisfied!! ^^

so... 10 days later... the necklace came in a bubble wrap envelope... when i opened it, there was a large "business" card and the necklace was attached to a small card in a transparent bag...

i really like how the word/name plate turned out... since i didn't want any capitals… and the big curl at the end, makes it looks like i'm wearing it the wrong way… i like that ^^

the name plate looks pretty thin, so i won't be able to sleep with it… they do sell thicker ones though… but i didn't want to spend that much on a word necklace…

the back of the name plate is done poorly… it's scratched... especially on the s... but i don't really mind that, because no one will see that anyways…

and i don't like the chain… and the rings that is connected to the plate… the rings are way too big… and the chain is sooo thin… i expected this before ordering though… i'm looking for new chains to replace the current ones…

so in overall i'm ok satisfied with the necklace, couldn't expect more for that price…

and ps. my internet is still not working!! :(

:X my internet modem broke down on monday, and i didn't have internet at home since then... luckily i have an internet connection on my phone, so i can at least do some primary things... the mechanic already came by to replace the modem… but we have to wait till monday for the internet to start working again… :X

but luckily… i'm not spending my weekend at home, so now i have a bit time to blog ^^

since i haven't had internet i started watching tvb dramas/series again... well actually just one... gun metal grey... watched 9 episodes already, and i'm liking it so far... love to see how (strange/mysterious) cases get solved... (the only thing that i didn't like so far, was how nancy wu reacted when she found out, that she's actually the daughter of the murdered lawyer-couple)... and what catched my eyes since the very first time i laid my eyes on nancy wu, her boots!! love them... and i want them!!

too bad i don't have a better picture... but they are like (calf) high army boots ^^

another thing about not having internet is... not be able to buy stuff online... i have a weird habit of ordering stuff just before i go to sleep… and i have 2 things on my wishlist that i really want to get... 1 is a bag... (the black studded legend bag) and 2... a new flatiron... well, there is actually a 3, but that will be too much for this months... wonder what it is? a faux fur spirit hood!! <3 they are soo pretty... but the shipping is sooooo expensive -_-

but anyways... it's weekend, and i'm enjoying it so far… yesterday… i had lunch with my bf, shopped with my brother's gf… and had dinner at their place… and today… just enjoying the internet… probably gonna place a new order on yesstyle, which i haven't done for so long… and gonna go watch a movie tonight… and tomorrow… i have an concert on my planning… i'm excited…

it's my first post in 2011... wish you all a great year!!

all the snow is gone now... and i'm so happy ^^ now i can wear my all stars again... and hereby... i want to show you my ootd of yesterday...

i was wearing a grey sweater (yesstyle.com)... because the sweater doesn't have much shape, i wore it off the shoulder... just adds a feminine touch to the whole outfit... and under it i just wore a white tanktop (h&m)... to match the white in my all stars and to keep me warm... as bottom, i'm wearing my diy olive green shorts (new yorker)... under the shorts a pair of 40den tights (primark)... paired up with grey socks (primark)... and ofcourse my black all stars... i wore my fitted blazer (h&m) as an outer... paired it up with my huge olive green scarf (primark) and black knitted hat (only)...

i love shorts... i can wear them all year around ^^ i "diy-ed" the olive green shorts,.. just the day before 2011... it's made from a pair knee length shorts that i got on sale... i've just cutten the shorts in the length i wanted + some extra cm, for hemming... after hemming, i've just folded it up, and hand sewed the sides, so the folding would stay...

after i got the shorts done i started making rings... i made 2 ^^ since i was tired... i've really struggled with the chains... which costed me so much more time than i normally would need... :X

here are the results ^^

this one is actually the same as the one i did a tutorial on... but just in a black/gunmetal color... and the chain is longer... my bf suggested me to wear them together, and it looks quite nice...

another one i've made, is a one finger ring... 2 ways i have on wearing it...

just simply straight, loose, hanging...

and twisted...

planning on making more... i still got some chain left ^^ have you tried it out allready?

i know i am making less video's lately... but that is because i'm a working "ol" (office lady, haha)... i've tried my best to make more this month, to make it up to you... hope you enjoyed them... i've made like 50+ videos this year, which is more than in 2009 ^^ and i gained so many subscribers this year... thank you... (also to my older subscribers <3)

i'm really overjoyed with what i have reached this year... thanks to everyone in my life... ^^ i'm happy to be able to hold my very first giveaway... hope you all liked it... if everything continue going upwards, i will hold more... :)

i have rediscovered something... toesocks!! they are hideously colorful, but cute at the same time... not thick, yet nice and warm... i remember getting my first pair from a friend when i was +/-15... and my mom bought me more over the years... but i haven't really been wearing them... but they are perfect for in winter boots!! i was trying out different socks... and so far... the toesocks are perfect for my hunter boots ^^

talking about my hunter boots... i have been wearing them everyday since the day i got them... cause we are still having snow... can't wait till we have better weather... i really want to wear my all stars and heels again... :X

And... hmmm what else... other thing that i have been using since the day i got it... my legend by petrol bag!! i'm loving it so much... it's a perfect casual everyday bag... and i want to get another one... the same one in taupe (love the color, but maybe not my color... it looked grey, the first time i saw it.. :X)... or should i just get a black one again, but with silver and golden round studs on the sides... hard to choose... :X

btw... i thought i had spend too much money this month (see my previous posts)... but actually it's not as much as i've thought... (i always do a monthly check on how much i've spend...) but that's probably because i didn't went sale shopping... haven't really successfully shopped since my last shopping date got cancelled... i really feel like shopping...(maybe tomorrow? XD)

well that's it ^^ i have nothing much to say anymore... hope you all had a nice christmas... and wish you a happy, safe and sparkling new year!!

most boring weekend of 2010!!

i haven't had a boring weekend in such a long time… and i can definitely call this the most boring weekend of 2010, because the next weekend is xmas, now that can't be boring… and the weekend after is 2011 already!!

the weather went bad on friday… it snowed like crazy… and that's the cause of my boring weekend… i couldn't meet up with my bf on friday, because it was too slippery for the busses to ride… my shopping date got cancelled, because she couldn't go home friday, so she had to stay with her colleague, and decided to work on saterday too… i had planned to catch a movie today, but didn't go through it, also because of the weather… sigh… :x

this weekend might be boring, but i can't really complain, my 2010 is wonderful!! many things lost, yet many things gained… (in no particular order)… i've moved back home to amsterdam… met my current bf… found a job… still having the job… loving the job… having nice colleagues… loving my family… loving my bf… discover more/new things i like… experience new things… got my first tattoo... went to my very first (awesome) concert (<3 a7x)... making my own money… saving money… spending my own money… i'm learning so much… wow… i can go on and on with all the good stuff that happened to me… hope 2011 will be just as great… or even better ^^

because of my great 2010… i don't have many things i would like to change… maybe try to save more money… though i've allready saved 45% of the money that i've made the past 6 months ^^ yeay… i've never managed to save that much… (hope to be able to save at least 50% in 2011!!)… what are your new year's resolutions?

so in case i don't get to make any video's or type any posts before 2011… i want to wish you a merry christmas… and a happy & save new year… happy holidays <3 (now it's time for me to sleep… goodnight everyone…)

look what came in today... yes... this is the proof that i couldn't hold myself for spending money... and i probably won't be able to stop till the end of this month... (i think)... the sales just started... and i have a shopping date this saturday XD

anyways... look at the package, it's wrapped so nicely, just like a christmas present...

so i went on hipperz.nl and i saw this awesome leather bag... it's not that big, but also not too small... it looks sturdy enough for me... it's a tote bag, that closes with a zipper... if you wear it with the long strap, the bag will fall folded, which i like sooo much... ^^

they sell it for 10 euro cheaper at mooieriemen.nl, but i ordered at hipperz anyways, because i wanted to pay with paypal... (i love the grey one too -_-)

the shop is ok... there was one thing that i find weird... after you pay with paypal, you will automatically return to the shop... of all the times i have experienced with other shops... you'll end up on a thank you/payment successful screen... instead... i got an error screen... but i'm glad it's just a "cosmetic" error of the check out process... because i've received an email after, confirming my order and payment...

asos vs f21 (double cross ring)

i've been obsesses with crosses lately… i've always loved how they looked… (but i never actually wanted to wear those crosses, because i'm not religious...) i just couldn't resist anymore… i should wear anything that i like and express myself, right?!

so… i ordered the double cross ring from asos… in a size small… it's so small that they only fit my left hand… though i would like to wear it on my right hand… so… i ordered a size medium of the f21 crossring… and guess what… it's slightly big :x (i also have a black one coming up in a size m…)

the asos ring is shinier… and also darker in color… the f21 looks like sterling silver… which i'm not sure of… though it said so on the ebay page… :p

the sizes of the crosses differs too… the asos one is bigger (4,5x2,8cm) than the f21 one (3,8x2cm)… though the f21 cross is thicker in width than the asos one… and i like how the shorter stripe is thicker than the longer stripe (of the f21 ring)... if that makes sense...

i really can't tell which one i like more… i like the asos one, because it fits right (, though it only fits my left hand)… but i like the fact that, when i'm holding my hands up… the f21 ring is like an upside down cross… instead of an actual cross… ^^

(i have nothing against any religion or what so ever… i'm just expressing what i like about these ring fashion wise...)

hunter boots review

so i ordered the hunter regent savoy wellington boots last friday from asos.com... i didn't had to pay for the shipping, because they are having a worldwide free shipping... so it got shipped the next day, but they stated that there might be a delay, because of the bad weather... surprisingly i received the boots yesterday!

so i wore them today... so while i had them on i had an urge to talk more about them... ^^

first of all... the packaging... it came in a big black shoebox with the hunter logo... inside the box are the shoes and a bag... the boots got some stickers on (like most of the shoes)... and one boot comes with labels attached...

the labels contains information about hunter, background, how to care from them... and about the model:

the regent
built on an equestrian last, the regent carries a flattering silhouette with a slim ankle fit and a sleek leg shape. with linings chosen for comfort and warmth, the Regent is available in a selection of designs and has multi-layer sponge insoles for extra comfort.

and now for the most important thing... the size... i've searched through the net to find anything about the sizing, some said they were one size bigger... and others said they were true to size... i decided to order my own size... just because i thought, if they would be a size bigger, i can wear them with really thick socks... but if i would get a smaller size, i would have to send them back if they wouldn't fit. and i'm glad i ordered my own size, they are pretty true to size... it's true, i can still wear thicker socks than i normally wear... and i can understand why people would say they are bigger... the part of the foot part is pretty high, as you would suspect from rain boots... so that gives yoor feet more space to move... but in fact the length of the sole isn't much bigger than the shoes i own... (hope it made sense... i'm bad at explaining)... so if you're like me and want these boots as winter boots, i would suggest getting your own size...

other than the size of the foot, there is an other concern... the leg of the boot... the leg is pretty slim... but i'm not the skiniest out there... and my calves aren't the thinnest... but i'm lucky that the legs aren't too tight... i can even wear them with jeans and jeggings...

not only the width, but also the height... the height of the leg is pretty high... at least for me... they reach my knee... and i can feel them in the back when i bend my knees all the way... the boots are measured from the back, sole to the top 37/38cm long (excl the "heel")...

also... they said that the ankle part are slim fit too, but to me they actually aren't... i've quite a lot space around my ankle... i find that only the leg part is slim fitted...

one more thing... when i wore them, i felt clumsier than normal... i felt so bouncy as well... i really have to get used to the rubber XD

so... are they worth the money? that you have to decide on your own... and i can't compare them with other rain boots... i didn't own one since i was a kid XD but... i think... for me it is... because we have really bad weather here in the netherlands, and i love the feeling of dry feet when it rains or snows...

today it snowed in the morning on my way to work... and i wasn't afraid of any puddles... my feet were dry... and they stayed dry... ^^

and these boots look stylish, the quilted "embossing" really makes it more chique... i didn't feel like a kid wearing them... and i wore them to work... i do work in an office... so for me, they are for everyday :) (only autumn and winter though... i wouldn't like to wear these on any rainy spring or summer day... they really have this wintery-look...)

and i need to slow down again... last month i did a great job on holding myself back... but i'm having a harder time this month, and it just started...

i've spend so much on h&m last monday, because of the friends and family sale at h&m... i've also spend some on asos.com (the hunter boots), yesterday... plus, today's damage in hoofddorp... :x it's so hard to resist...

and it just happend that i ended up browsing through ebay... and found this ring :o it's amazing!! i want it so bad, but the shipping is kind of high!! bravely i decided not to get it yet...

i came across this ring too, i find it so funny... rock, paper, scissors!! ok... it's more like scissors, rock and paper... :p (of is het meer, peace, box en hi? XD)

expect a haul video soon ^^ look at today's damage :x

i'll try not to spend money on myself anymore for the rest of this year XD... and i'm talking about clothing, bags, accessories etc. (except for really great deals, like 50% off or more, otherwise i just have to say no, and look for it next month again...)

some time ago, while the weather here was very rainy, my shoes would get all wet... so i had to sit all day with wet feet at the office... :(

so i went on asos to look for rainboots... my eyes fell on the melissa x vivienne westwood bow rain boots... they are amazingly cute... short boots with a bow on the front... (you probably know by now how much i like bows, right?!)... so when i thought of ordering them, they didn't had my size!! i even checked urban outfitters, and they didn't had it either :x

after that disappointment i went on looking for rainboots, i heard about how great the hunter boots were, but i never gave it much attention, since they didn't look that nice, until i saw the hunter regent savoy wellington boot!!! well actually i saw the normal regent wellington boot on asos first, but i didn't like the big logo/label on the front...

so today... since it's been snowing all week now, i really have the urge to get some rainboots... so i went on asos... and i placed my order... hopefully it doesn't get out of stock and to receive it very soon... i can't wait to have dry feet on wet days... ^^

what do you think of em?

(my bf told me that rainboots are just like uggs, ugly... but at least i'm not going to wear 10 dead bunnies on my feet... i actually really wanted to get the uggs earmuffs, but now that i think again, i don't want to wear 2 dead bunnies on my ears :x)

first of all, it's because of my accent, it's probably hard to understand what i'm saying... second, i'm not a very talkative person, i'm more if a silent thinker... and i have a slow reaction... when i think of something to say, it might take up to a few minutes before it actually comes out my mouth... and third... english isn't my best language... so that makes it even harder to spontaneously talking in english...

why is the quality of your videos so low
it actually has improved allready since i got my new laptop... i can save as better quality, but i couldn't get it online... i tried several times... and also... i noticed that the quality is slightly reduced after uploading...

i was just curious when i first started... and i thought i could do a video, that no one has done yet... and i was actually pretty surprised with the positive comments... so i decided to do more... and more... and more... and it's also a lot of fun to do it... great way to kill time when you have to much time on your hands...

it's this time of the year again... my b-day (and yesterday)... despite the fact of having bad luck today... headache and a slightly infected eye... i've enjoyed my day... i'm glad i could spend it with the ones i care...

since last year... i have some kind of weird urge to watch nausicaa on my b-days for some particular reason... so i watched it again today... though i didn't watch the whole movie, it still felt good and satisfying...

so because we returned the shirt (which i post about some time ago), we wanted to order again with the yesstyle credit we got back...

that's btw an other thing that's not really fun about returning items to yesstyle...

so my bfriend got to order 3 shirts... (will post pictures of those another time) and i ordered a pair of shoes and a jacket.

i came home yesterday and found a big package on the floor... it was mine ^^

although i already know what it was... i opened the box with curiosity... in the big box i found a bag, a key chain, a chapstick, some order receipts and a small shoe box... ^^ the converse shoes i've ordered!!

they were on sale and i've ordered them from frontrunner.nl :)

it was free shipping for an order of 25eur and up... and the shipping was fast... i ordered thursday night, shipped on friday and received it on monday... the whole process only took 3 working days ^^ i love shops with fast handling and shipping <3

i lack time... i wish time went slower, i wish we had longer days... :X there are so many things i want to do, but they end up on my waiting list...

anyways... i was happy to find my asos package... it had been waiting for me on the table in the livingroom... i haven't really been there the last few days... -_-

what's in the package? it's a tiny little black heart shaped purse... it's so cute...

i ordered this the 12th of this month... got shipped out the next day... and i've probably received it 2 days ago... 25th... i've chosen for the standard shipping... which cost me 3 euro's and they stated on their website that the shipping will take 6 working days... close :) i can't follow my package with the standard shipping... should be able to trace it with the express shipping... that will cost 6 eur, and will take 3 working days for shipping... maybe i'll try that the next time... i'm quite satisfied with asos... good packaging... would order again...

i'm still waiting for 2 other packages... 1 is my wallet ^^ and the second one, which will hopefully arrive monday or tuesday... will be my new shoes :) i'll hope to blog about that when i receive these...

i have to admit they have fast service... whenever i have a question, i always have gotten a fast reply...

like i said before, i had to return a shirt that i had in my last order... because it didn't fit... 1. we had to pay the shippingcost from here, the netherlands, back to yesstyle, which was around 10eur... and 2. because my order wasn't above the 150usd after returning the shirt... i had to pay for the shipping cost aswell... which is 16 usd -_-

so the shirt was 62usd... and i had to pay around 30 usd in total... so i only gained around 50% back... that's sad -_-

make sure you'll never have to return something... make sure you fit everything before ordering! the reason i decided to get a refund is because it wasn't an extreme cheap shirt...

i went to lelystad today for outlet shopping... ^^ it was fun, though i didn't find much nice stuff... i went there with the intention to find a few pair of new jeans... and maybe some flats... but i came back with other stuff... :P

i got converse shoes... haven't own a pair since i was a kid... this pair is nice and simple... which suits my taste... and ofcourse black -_- can't deny it... i love black... and it was only 35eur

and i got these adidas by stella mccartney sweatshirt ^^ it's really cute... ^^ look at the lace detail... it has a big hood too... i got this for only 19eur... :O

i've wanted a tattoo for a long time (let's say around 4 years)... but didn't get one untill now, because i wasn't sure about what i wanted... since i have to wear it for the rest of my life...

last month i came up with an idea... and had let it designed by chinese calligraphy artist ngan (nganfineart.com)... helpful, very friendly and fast... it took her less than a week to make my design... and it wasn't that expensive as well...

then i took the design to a tattoo artist (sakura tattoo @ amsterdam) to get it done... ^^ it was quick (5 minutes) and not painful...

how much (in total) i've spend on this tattoo? hmmm i think a bit less than 75eur...

i am loving it!!! my tattoo is a tiny chinese character on my wrist... which means "heart"... the reason behind it? i'll keep that for myself :)

i need a new wallet... the one i'm using is already +/- 8 years old :O and since my wallet start to look more worn out, i've been looking for a new one...

around a month ago, i saw a really nice black leather wallet with zippers by michael kors... but at that time, i couldn't afford it yet... when i finally had the money... (one or two weeks later)... i couldn't find it anymore... it was sold out everywhere... since the store i went to, only carried two of those :(

i was disappointed, so went for the heels instead :O

but today... i discovered asos caries vivienne westwood items :O i've always liked some of her items (especially the items with her orbs!), but could never afford or find a store that i could buy from...

i saw these two... they are quite similar... the first one has a gold orb logo (not a big fan of gold...), leather material and has nicer compartments... the second one has a silver orb logo (love!), patent high shine material... and ok compartments... and i like the fact that this one is slightly smaller... (1x0,5cm smaller)... both wallets come in black...

i'm still deciding...

this hoody is fantastic, just not great for this weather... :X because the fabric is really thick... and the inner-lining of the hood is really soft, fluffy and warm... better keep it till it gets colder again... can't wait to wear this... i love the collar of this hoody, and the fact that it's a long sweater... the patch though... is actually a pin... i do like the patch, but i'm actually quite happy it's a pin, so i can remove it, to fit more different styles... the pockets of this hoody is amazing ^^ i love the pockets, they are nice and big... perfect for girls with a smaller hip, which i'm actually not... :X

there are thumb holes, but the sleevs are actually too short for me... so putting my thumbs through feels uncomfy... :X

thoughts after receiving:
these shoes look adorable cute, they look amazing... the outside of the shoe is made from a fake suede fabric... the shoe has a nice patten with stitches and round cutouts on it... the heels are laced up in the front and has a zipper on the inner side... it has a 12cm high heel and a 2,5cm platform... they feel comfortable on my feet... BUT... these shoes are kind of hard to walk on :O maybe it's because of the "open heel" part, or just the sole... i feel like it's wiggling a bit... this is what i experienced, when i wore these to work... i always have to walk 5 to 10 minutes from the bus stop to work...

when i reached home, i took a good look at the shoes... and i noticed that the heel isn't straight :X that must be a factor too why these shoes walk unstable...

i like steady heels more, so i can run in them when i need to... or at least be able to walk on them for hours... these heels are tiring for me...

yesstyle shoes run small!! i usually wear a size 37,5 to 38 eur size (mostly a 38, just because it's hard to get a 37,5 here in the netherlands)... i always order 1 to 1,5 size bigger from yesstyle... in korean size i always order 245 and eur size, i always get the 39... the 39s are sometimes a little bit loose, but still good to wear... and the 245 is mostly fitted well... this is based on all the shoes i got from yesstyle... i think i've got around 8 pair of shoes from them... including the shoes i got from this order...

it's been a while again since i've posted... :X but i've been really busy (i know, i keep saying this... it shouldn't be an excuse)... i finally had time to make videos 11-12 june... while i wanted to record another video on the saterday, after i uploaded my yesstyle tee to loose dress video... my macbook crashed! :O my harddisk died on me, *sobsob*, so i lost everything :( luckily i managed to upload at least one video, which i've spend most time on, before my hd died :X but all the other video's i made that friday and all the not yet uploaded video's... are all gone... -_-

the difference? can you see them?

the shape of the soles are different... the laces of the brown shoes are longer than the black ones... the material looks different too... the black one has more the look of leather than the brown one... the black one feels softer than the brown one too... the heels are slightly different too... and... the inner sole is different too... the black one is made from the same material as the outer part of the shoe, as the brown one had a more velvet like material as inner sole...

one more thing... the innersole of the brown ones aren't glued well :x but that's not a problem... it can be easily fixed with superglue ^^

i wore this outfit to a dinner with a friend :P we went for sushi ^^ the weather was ok when i got there... but it started to rain when i was about to head home -_- and it was queensnight, so the streets and the station were really crowded...

so yesterday was queensday... haha i don't like queensday at all :X too much people... crazy people, drunk people... but i did have a super nice day... i stayed away from the crowd... ^^

and back to the job i applied for last time... it's actually an internship (don't remember if i've mentioned that)... but i'm starting this coming monday ^^ i'm so excited! :P i will be working 4 days a week... so i will be having enough free time to make video's and other enjoyable things :) i will do a short random video soon... a quick room tour instead of just my wardrobe (my wardrobe is a big part of my room anyways... haha) and some new stuff i got (mini haul)... and something i learned from my brothers gf... love the small/thin bangles... i will add one or more of my cute swarovski heart pendants on... that would look totally adorable...

the leaves bangle is totally nice... i love leaf and feather shaped things :D

simple yet lovely... it's somehow cute, because of the braided look, but toughy looking because of the color and the added black details...

everything looks nicer in real... the white top with the cute bow is a bit sheer, but it would be great with a tanktop underneath... and paired with a skirt...

the black ruffle top is really cute... and great for people with a small bust... because the ruffles are only at the bust area... ^^

the nude pink ruffle dress is really pretty, and hugs around the body tightly... you can definitely see my jeans with belt... and my belly haha...

and lastly... the blue jumpsuit... really cute ^^ looked actually better than i thought it would be... since some jumpsuits doesn't fit well...

too bad we didn't make pictures of all the other stuffs... we also got a black skirt from new yorker... some cute grape looking earrings which would look great with the nude pink dress... some cute earrings with a lot of keys... and one with bows... a pair of skinny jeans... a belt with studs... and some make up stuffs...

as a thank you, i got this dress from that friend... and a cute vest... but i don't have a good picture of the vest...

next time maybe some better pictures of the dress... ^^ maybe in an ootd sometime...

i bought a shoe rack today ^^ so again i was cleaning and tidying up my room :D i moved out a closet that my parents wanted to use, so they were moving their stuff too... while we were busy, my mom mentioned that she still had the dresses that i got from my aunt and grandma when i was little... i thought it was super cute and made some pictures... ^^

wow... it's been a while since i've blogged and posted a video!! but you know what?! i feel great now!! hehe... i've been busy looking for a job... and i finally have an appointment for a job interview... i'm so excited!!

and other than that... i also have a few planned video's :) there will be a new diy vest video again! :D and... maybe a mini haul and showing some cute stuff i got ^^ and maybe my job interview ootd? hehe

i ordered this order on 4 march 2010, and it was shipped out on 9 march... the actual shipping by dhl was on 11 march... i expected the package on 12 march, but dhl made a mistake and brought my package to the wrong location... so because of the weekend, i received it on monday the 15th... that's quite fast... i was surprised ^^

it's a really thin blazer, which i think is perfect for this spring and summer... i sooo love the skull pattern ^^ skulls are cute :) but what i don't like is... is that the blazer isn't that fitted around my waist... but that's ok... i like to wear it unbuttoned... and also... the lower part of the sleeves are kinda tight... i can only fold it one time... or do i have some chubby underarms? :X

this fitted jacket looks really cute on the website picture :) and i love blazers type of things with cute pattern on the inner... and the stud-buttons looks totally nice...

the jacket had bigger stud-buttons on the front... and 3 smaller stud-buttons on the sleeves... but i don't like the ones on the sleeves... so i took them off... since i would like to wear it with folded sleeves anyways... i also got 1 of each size button for backup :)

these were the boots that got canceled the last time... so i ordered it again... and yes... i ordered one size bigger... and they fit nicely with an extra inner sole... i haven't wore these yet... just because it's starting to get springy now... and in my opinion these are winter boots... but i've tried them on for a while... and they seem comfortable to me :) it has a hidden platform, which makes it a bit easier with the high heels... i like them ^^ but have to wait for next winter to wear them :X i'm glad i got them anyways... since they are kinda cheap ^^

what really caught my eye on this pair is the spingy/summery look on these boots ^^ and also the fun looking platform ^^ and ofcourse... i'm so loving lace-up boots! as you might have noticed all the shoes i've recently ordered ^^

when i first got these in my hand... i didn't like them that much... it looks really big... and the heels! i expected to be more of a woody heel... but instead... it looks platicky and has a wooden pattern printed on it :X but as i wore them for the first time... i started to like them a lot... again... i got it a size bigger and am wearing it with an extra inner sole... so comfy ^^ and it looks so nice with browns :D

though i found one problem... but maybe it's just me? when i walk, i seem to scratch my shoes against each other... :X i actually have no idea how to explain this... but... yea... the zipper thingy is scratching the shoes while i walk... so after two days of wearing... the boots allready got scratched up... :( is it me? or does other people have these problems too? i don't have it with other shoes though... but i don't really had shoes with zippers on the sides before... but i love them anyways ^^

i am sorry for the delay of this post, i wanted to do it much earlier... cause now the first 3 items got out of stock already... :X and i have no idea if they come back in stock...

a lot of things have happened in just one week :x and what i can tell is, that i am back at my parents' place... i brought all my stuff back to my small little room, and now it's super messy :x i try to clean my room for several times now, but with no success... i just don't have enough space! it's just crazy... i got stuff everywhere... my clothes doesn't fit in my wardrobe and i have no rack to put my shoes onto anymore... everyday when i rearch for a new outfit, my room will become messy again... and it's hard to find the stuff i am looking for... just because i am storing my clothing and other stuff in suitcases and bags at the moment... :X i really need to find myself a new wardrobe and a new shoe rack... :X and fast... cause i'm going crazy by having to tidy up and by looking at the messy piles of stuff everyday...

so onto the videos... i was making a diy video just before all the crazyness happened... hopefully i can soon finish that video... i'll try my best and do it as soon as possible... so hopefully my viewers can still enjoy ^^

also someone requested to show more clothing from yesstyle, on how they look in real and how they fit... somewhat like reviews... i always hesitate on these kind of videos, cause most of the yesstyle clothing i have are sponsored... what do you think? would you like to see these kind of videos? (i can promise you that i give an honest opinion ^^)

besides those two i will probably only do ootd vids... cause other vids will take me too much time for now... i need some time for myself for a while... hopefully i can feel much better soon and make more fun video's like before ^^ so please bare with me :X

wow, it's been a long time, since i've made a vid! ^^ or at least it seems like that to me... and surprisingly i made a nice vest out of a scarf again... check out my channel for the video! ^^ i didn't know how the vest would look like in the beginning, but it turned out great... and i am soooooo loving the result!

other than that, we got new curtains :) so pretty! and we also got the leftovers from the curtains ^^ and i'm planning to make something out of it... i'm just not sure yet what... or how... the fabric is quite thick, heavy and a tiny bit stiff... i have to think about it first... but i would like to share how the fabrics looks like...
